Program Manager

Position Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Program Manager to lead our delivery function for key business lines. In this critical role, you will act as a leader of Scrum Masters, drive the successful execution of our product roadmap, and manage strategic, organization-wide projects. You will be the engine of our quarterly planning process, ensuring that our agile teams are aligned, unblocked, and consistently delivering value.

Program Leadership & Strategic Execution

• Own and facilitate the quarterly planning process, ensuring team objectives are aligned with organizational strategy.
• Develop and manage program roadmaps, coordinating milestones, dependencies, and timelines across multiple teams.
• Lead the execution of strategic, cross-functional projects, ensuring scope, resources, and timelines are aligned.
• Monitor and report on program progress, providing clear status updates and success metrics (KPIs) to leadership.

Team Leadership & Coaching

• Provide leadership, mentorship, and support to a team of Scrum Masters and Delivery Managers.
• Foster a culture of collaboration, effective communication, and continuous improvement within and across teams.
• Champion & Integrate our agile Ways of Working (WoW) across multiple product/platform teams and act as an escalation point for resolving conflicts and removing impediments.

Stakeholder & Risk Management

• Act as the primary point of contact between delivery teams and senior stakeholders, managing expectations and ensuring clear communication.
• Proactively identify, manage, and mitigate program-level risks, dependencies, and resource constraints, escalating critical issues as needed.

Qualifications & Experience:

• 5+ years of experience in program or project management, with a proven track record of leading multiple cross-functional teams in a dynamic, tech-driven environment.
• Deep expertise in Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) and a strong understanding of the entire Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC).
• Proficiency with agile project management tools such as Jira, Confluence, and Miro.
• Agile or Project Management certification (e.g., PMI-ACP, PMP, SAFe) is highly preferred.
• Master's degree is a plus.
• Strong English and Russian language skills both in speaking & writing
