For This Role
We are looking for an experienced Program Manager who will strategically oversee and coordinate multiple software development projects, ensuring alignment with organizational goals. As a Program Manager, you will be working closely with our Executive Team and Directors.
If you have a proven track record in managing complex software development programs, coupled with strong understanding of program & project management methodologies, budgeting acumen, and a data-driven approach, do not hesitate to apply!
In this role, you will:

• Drive, manage the various projects a business implements to ensure they all align effectively with the organization's mission and the program's goals
• Define the program scope, objectives, and deliverables and budgets in collaboration with stakeholders and senior management
• Develop detailed project plans, schedules, and resource allocation strategies to support the program's goals ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards
• Lead the planning, execution, and monitoring of multiple projects, coordinating cross-functional teams to ensure effective collaboration and communication across all project activities
• Manage program risks and issues, implementing mitigation strategies as needed to minimize impact on project outcomes
• Monitor program performance using appropriate metrics and KPIs, providing regular updates to senior management and stakeholders
  
• Implement change management initiatives within the program, ensuring smooth transitions and buy-in from all stakeholders
• Foster a culture of continuous improvement within the program, identifying opportunities for process optimization and efficiency gains

Skills you'll need to bring:

• Experience in managing complex programs in software development companies
• Strong understanding of project and program management methodologies
• Budgeting and financial management
• Proficiency in creating and maintaining detailed project schedules, plans and comprehensive documentation
• Data-driven decision making based on performance monitoring
• Strong problem-solving skills and critical thinking
• Continuous improvement and life-long learning
• Skills in resolving conflicts and managing disagreements effectively
• Skills in listening to and understanding the needs and concerns of team members and stakeholders
• Ability to handle multiple projects and tasks simultaneously
• Advanced English

• Experience in product and global companies
• Relevant certifications
