Program Manager, Clinical Services
Position Purpose:
The Program Manager MCMG Clinical Services supports the planning, execution, and operationalization of medical group programs and initiatives. This role partners with day‑to‑day operational leaders to implement growth, access, and efficiency initiatives, ensuring programs are delivered effectively and transition into sustainable operations.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Health Administration, Business Administration or related field. Project Management coursework preferred
- License / Certification: None required
- Experience: 5-7 years of experience supporting healthcare operations, programs or projects
- Experience in medical group or ambulatory care environment preferred
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks and initiatives simultaneously
- Skills & Competencies: Strong organizational and prioritization skills
- Effective written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams
- Ability to influence outcomes through coordination and execution
