Summary:
Join a team of specialists that provide program analysis, process improvement, and metrics for Honeywell. You will partner with Integrated project team to develop project plans and create cost and schedule baselines. You will prepare and publish metrics and reports. You will analyze variances and review compliance to corporate guidelines across multiple teams. Your findings will drive decisions to improve the project/program performance impacting one or more site locations.
ResponsibilitiesDuties & Responsibilities:
- Assist to develop project control plan, WBS, cost budget and schedule baselines to measure project performance and success through KPI's
- Analyze project performance through cost and schedule integration. Analyze the unbilled, receivable, and payable balances on assigned projects.
- Analyze cost and schedule variance versus baseline. Identify root cause and recommend corrective actions
- Prepare and publish metrics and financial reports
- Support Project Forecasting, Project Reviews, Monthly Progress Reporting to Internal/External Customers
- Apply EVM (Earned Value Management) techniques to Project/Program
- Assist with Change, Risk and EAC Management on assigned projects/programs
- Ensure effective communication and partner with the Project Team (internal/external) to build relationships
- Monitor and Report Compliance as per GPMO requirements
- Support compliance with relevant SOX (Sarbanes-Oxley) controls
- Assist in internal improvement processes
You Must Have:
- 2+ years’ experience in Project Controls.

- Bi/Multi-lingual
SBG Specific:
- Experience in EcoSys, Cora, or other PMIS (Project Management Information System)
- Experience in MS Project and/or Primavera P6.
- Cost Reporting Experience: CPR, IPMR, IPMDAR, CFSR
- Integrated Master Schedule Experience: Microsoft Project, SSI Tool
