In this key position, you will be an integral part of the Delivery Team in the Customer Success department, and a customer-facing representative of the company.
As a professional services consultant, you will be responsible to deploy, administer, and operate the NetGuardians solutions in customer environments. You will work closely with our clients understanding their unique requirements and challenges and providing them operational support. You will run proof of concepts in customer environments and support our sales team in pre-sales phases.
You are a dynamic customer-oriented professional, curious, and eager to learn. You are organized and able to prioritize, with solid problem-solving skills. You are a natural team player, who is comfortable in collaborating with virtual and transversal team, in a multi-cultural environment. You pay attention to details and possess excellent communication skills.
Your Profile
- Computer science or related degree
- 2 to 5 years’ experience in customer-facing or consulting role in IT – experience in project delivery a plus
- Proficient knowledge with Linux systems (Red Hat), big data (Elastic Search) and SQL database environments (Oracle, MS SQL Server, MariaDB)
- Proficient scripting skills (bash, python)
- Knowledge of Avaloq, Temenos T24, Flexcube core banking systems are a plus
- Excellent presentation skills, along with verbal and written communication skills in English (French and others languages are an asset)
- Comfortable managing technical delivery and engaging with technical staff
- Willingness to travel to foreign countries on project assignments (30%)
