Your Impact:
- Effectively lead the packaging, lab, and kitchen departments of the operations.
- Responsible for the production plan of the facility and to oversee production, inventory quantities, and product flow of finished goods into fulfillment.
- Develop and implement strategy, metrics and SOPs for departments.
- Hire, train, mentor, coach and develop team leadership
- Support systems and logistics to ensure efficiencies and effectiveness in facility production and ensure effective communication across teams
- Uphold safety, quality and compliance standards
