Paradigm is searching for a Production lead to support our client, a manufacturing company. The Production Lead oversees daily manufacturing operations, ensuring efficient workflow, quality compliance, and timely production schedules. This role acts as the primary point of communication between shifts and teams, supports training, manages resources, and drives continuous improvement initiatives while maintaining safety and regulatory standards.
Type: Contract-to-hire | Full time | Shift: Monday - Thursday, 5:00am - 3:30pm PST
Location: Vancouver, WA | Onsite

- Facilitate communication across shifts, production lines, engineers, supervisors, and CFTs to ensure customer expectations are met.
- Share quality data, trends, and issues; reinforce adherence to quality standards.
- Schedule daily builds based on priorities and support training to exceed customer expectations.
- Order shop supplies within budget approval and maintain updated QMS procedures and work instructions.
- Ensure machine maintenance is current and provide performance feedback to supervisors.
- Maintain workflow and productivity in the absence of direct supervision.
- Serve as a resource for questions, research answers, and communicate solutions broadly.
- Drive continuous process improvement and uphold Safety, ESD, ITAR, and QMS protocols.
- Audit Lean projects weekly for sustainability and provide constructive feedback.
- Pursue ongoing waste reduction and support production objectives.
Requirements

- Strong verbal and interpersonal communication skills.
- Advanced computer proficiency.
- IPC-A-610 and J-STD-001 certification.
- 2 years of manufacturing supervisory experience or equivalent manufacturing experience.
- Associate degree or higher.
- Ability to locate and interpret QMS documentation, IPC standards, and work instructions relevant to the role.
