Job Description
The Global Identity and Access Management (GIAM) organization within CTC provides access control governance and Identity Services for all lines of business (LOBs) globally, providing the right access to the right people at the right time for all technology platforms and applications supported by TC, and provides a comprehensive set of applications, tools, and staff to globally implement, monitor and manage technology risk solutions.
We are actively seeking an Senior Product Manager working with IAM (Identity & Access Management) technologies to drive the strategy, roadmap, and execution of our legacy Auth Products.
The Senior Product Manager will:

  • Partner with business, technology, and control teams to advance the firmwide Auth product's vision to satisfy audit/regulatory requirements, improve employee experience, and reduce the risk in the organization through sustainable, efficient, and secure solutions
  • Be responsible for the product strategy, including prioritizing features and integrations, setting release dates, maintaining roadmaps, developing change management and adoption plans, and end user communications
  • Serve as the voice of the customer, and the final authority on product requirements
  • Build a high performing team and provide leadership to the team by setting priorities and providing a strategic and tactical vision for the team
  • Be accountable for the overall product being delivered by teams
  • Act as a strategic partner; influences senior leaders across the LOB/firm to drive solutions and change management/adoption of the solutions
  • Participate in internal and external audit examinations, ensuring corrective actions are implemented timely to address findings and recommendations


Primary Responsibilities :

  • Define, lead, and drive ambitious and clear product vision and product strategy for Janus and communicate 'the story' effectively to critical stakeholders and the rest of the team
  • Partner with LOB/corporate end users and functional groups to assess needs, understand requirements, and syndicate solutions that meet requirements for risk and control, audit/regulatory/compliance, client service, and user experience
  • Lead requirements gathering and analysis; ensure complete technical and business requirements are gathered and use cases developed
  • Ensure alignment of product features and stories, draft user stories, participate in agile development process, and prioritize user stories to meet strategic goals
  • Manage and prioritize feature iterations to make trade-offs affecting schedule, cost, quality, and customer expectations
  • Engagement and stakeholder management across technology, operations, product, and line of businesses
  • Move the needle on business results through product improvements, and relentless focus on measuring customer and business impact
  • Manage demand intake and continuously improve backlog with the team, ensuring all items are clearly described with acceptance criteria, estimated, and prioritized
  • Ensure customer-driven design considering user pain points, usability test results, market & Industry knowledge as well as continual research, to deliver a well-positioned product
  • Define and manage the product's business metrics, including cost, feature & functionality, risk posture and reliability
  • Create and maintain the product's definition and artifacts including product canvas, product roadmap, strategy and vision for the product, and customer-facing SLOs/SLAs
  • Develop budgets, forecast and manages P&L
  • Define pricing and cost recovery model with Finance
  • Oversee and drive the go-to-market plans for the product, including firmwide communications and support models
  • Mentor and build a high-performing team by providing useful, timely feedback and learning opportunities


Required Qualifications:

  • BS/BA degree or equivalent experience
  • 10+ years of overall experience and 5+ years of recent experience in IT product management role within enterprise environment.
  • Demonstrated success in a Product Management construct with an emphasis on information security solutions. Functional areas and work experience including Identity & Access Management (IAM) and policy driven security strongly preferred.
  • Strong understanding of the full lifecycle of workforce identity lifecycle processes with working knowledge of relevant SOX controls strongly preferred
  • Proven track record of driving large-scale product implementation and change programs and working across all constituencies in the business and functional areas to successfully launch products and product features
  • Demonstrated ability to drive end to end process and operating model reviews
  • Strong change management leadership skills and strategic mindset with a fundamental desire to improve client experience and deliver efficiencies
  • Proven experience providing roadmaps, product overviews, reports, backlog and documentation for enterprise technology solutions.
  • Solid understanding of the end-to-end information technology (IT) process, including product strategy development, customer engagement, architecture design, engineering, implementation, and operations
  • Experienced with process modelling techniques (e.g., value stream mapping)
  • Strong knowledge of technology standards, industry trends, and emerging technologies
  • A strong understanding of software development methodologies and practices (SDLC, Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, etc.)
  • Strong technical, conceptualization, analytic, and communication skills, including proven ability facilitating interactive sessions with business/functional teams
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to articulate concepts to senior management, customers, auditors and regulatory bodies
  • Strong interpersonal skills with proven experience of building strong, cohesive partnerships with the business, operations, technology, risk and other key stakeholders
  • Ability to quickly learn and assimilate business and technical knowledge
  • Excellent verbal and written skills are critical since this job primarily entails communicating technical information to both technical and non-technical audiences at all levels of the organization
  • Results-oriented and self-motivated; ability to work independently while managing multiple projects simultaneously, with appropriate sense of urgency
