Job Description
JOB DESCRIPTION
Join JPMorgan Chase to deliver on our strategic business goal to run applications on multi-cloud environments and deliver solutions our customers love using AI/ML, Big Data, Micro-services, and architectures. As a Technical Product and Program Manager, you will be driving the execution of Chase Consumer and Community Banking's (CCB) data and analytics strategy, and operating model.
Job Responsibilities
- As an experienced technical product and program management professional:
- You will manage lifecycle of data and analytics foundational elements, and will transform how a firm delivers superior customer experiences through their product and service offerings.
- You will work as a Product Owner embedded in one or more software development Scrum teams building an internal data ingestion and transformation platform used at JPMorgan Chase.
- You will influence key stakeholders, in various levels, in analytics, business, and technology to deliver leading edge innovation with the customer and the business impact in mind.
- You will actively engage with key customers, leadership, internal architecture, engineering, and operations teams to deliver priorities
- You will define requirements to enable telemetry, automation, and alerting capabilities for data platforms
- You will be a data evangelist that talks about data quality & governance, best practices on AWS cloud, network security, risk & compliance
- You will set clear vision and strategic direction to tech teams, and turn insights into action and vice versa, which drives the creation of the list of objectives, key results, and roadmaps.
Required Qualification, Capabilities and Skills
- 6 to 8 Years as a Technical Product and/or Program Manager or related role in a large matrixed organization in multiple time-zones
- You can confidently influence and tactfully lead from the front without specific authority
- Willing to deep dive technically and you thrive in environments where your customers and partners are technical
- Embrace ambiguity and define clear strategies and priorities.
- Problem solver seeking win-win solutions. Eager to learn, and share.
- You'll have excellent communication and the ability to present to an executive audience
- Detail oriented and drive to deliver customer focused end-to-end solutions
Preferred Qualification, Capabilities and Skills
- 2 to 4 Years of hands-on experience in Big Data tools, infrastructure, and related tech
- AWS Cloud Practitioner or Solution Architect Certification (or will be required to complete the AWS certification exam in the first 90 days)
- Hybrid-60% in office.
- 10% travel
