The Digital PM Lead Analyst is a strategic professional who stays abreast of developments within own field and contributes to directional strategy by considering their application in own job and the business. Recognized technical authority for an area within the business. Requires basic commercial awareness. There are typically multiple people within the business that provide the same level of subject matter expertise. Developed communication and diplomacy skills are required in order to guide, influence and convince others, in particular colleagues in other areas and occasional external customers. Significant impact on the area through complex deliverables. Provides advice and counsel related to the technology or operations of the business. Work impacts an entire area, which eventually affects the overall performance and effectiveness of the sub-function/job family.

Responsibilities

  • Breakdown epics into user stories, enabling your team to deliver customer focused features
  • Define success metrics for your product that you will monitor throughout the product lifecycle
  • Utilize various relevant data sources to consider key factors, such as customer experience, business objectives, and technical platform strategy, when making decisions
  • Lead projects that include coordinating across various scrum teams
  • Prioritize a backlog that considers appropriate trade-offs to optimize time-to-market
  • Engage with designers, subject-matter experts, and technology to build innovative financial platform product
  • Identify blocking issues and manage their resolution. Anticipate bottlenecks and adequately factor in contingency for unplanned delays
  • Gain a deep understanding of design approaches, technologies, the business and technical requirements for the solutions you are building that includes the needs of the engineers and technical operations teams who must build, maintain, and operate these solutions
  • Articulate product roadmap goals, business values and desired outcomes throughout the company
  • Appropriately assess risk when business decisions are made, demonstrating consideration for the firm's reputation and safeguarding Citigroup, its clients and assets, by driving compliance with applicable laws, rules and regulations, adhering to Policy, applying sound ethical judgment regarding personal behavior, conduct and business practices, and escalating, managing and reporting control issues with transparency.



Qualifications

  • 6-10 years of experience
  • Bachelor's Degree
  • Agile delivery experience through a well-managed backlog
  • Ability to communicate complex concepts to any audience
  • Well-organized and can work autonomously or collaboratively in an agile environment
  • Customer focused with extensive experience working with designers and developers to understand what is technically possible that translates to customer needs
  • Strategic, results-driven and customer focused leader who is passionate about building best-in-class digital experiences
  • Data and analytics experience, defining product KPIs, and leveraging data to drive the product strategy and roadmap



Education

  • Bachelor's degree, Master's degree preferred
