Salesforce is where passionate, energetic people can make an impact, win as a team, and find their dream job. Our success is fueled by a long-standing commitment to innovation, customer success, and giving back. Today, Salesforce is the world's leading enterprise cloud ecosystem and the largest provider of CRM software.

Are you a technical product leader with a passion for user experience who loves working with designers and developers?

We're looking for an exceptional product management leader to join the UI Platform team and drive the Lightning Web Stack, which includes our frameworks, services, APIs, design system, base components, and tools used for UI development. They are used by Salesforce designers and developers internally to build our market-leading apps such as Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Experience Cloud as well as by our developer community of customers and partners to build their own apps. We are looking for talented, ambitious, self-directed technologists to lead and build our modern, UI platform.

  • Define and analyze metrics in collaboration with our data science and user research teams to inform the success of your products.
  • Integrate usability studies, research and market analysis into product requirements to enhance user satisfaction.
