Job Description

• Establish a framework for product design and product delivery in support of multiple empowered product teams
• Provides coaching and development to all members of the value creation process, including product managers and product designers
• Manage the team of product designers and delivery managers to support all facets of product execution
• Ensure efficient implementation of product roadmaps by partnering closely with our product management, engineering, operations and support teams
• Drive innovation and scalable processes around the product development cycle with a thirst for continuous improvement
• Develop and manage discovery process from ideation to delivery, including team training and program management
• Work closely with Product Strategy and Portfolio to ensure alignment across disciplines
• Complete all responsibilities as outlined on annual Performance Plan.
• Complete all special projects and other duties as assigned
• Must be able to perform duties with or without reasonable accommodation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
• Demonstrated understanding of the techniques and methods of modern product discovery and product delivery.
• 10+ years working on technology-powered products as either a product manager, product designer, engineer, data analyst, data scientist, or user researcher in an empowered product team environment
• Demonstrated ability to learn multiple areas of business – engineering, design, finance, sales, research, services, data management, or marketing.
• Demonstrated passion for building high-quality user experiences and a commitment to product excellence
• Proven ability to engage with product team and company leadership and empower teams in a constructive and collaborative manner
