Minimum qualifications:

  • 8 years of experience in go-to-market, business development, or product specialist work.
  • Experience with partnerships, Project Management, and influencing stakeholders cross-functionally.



Preferred qualifications:

  • Experience with video ad tech industry or video partnerships.
  • Technical knowledge in app ad tech products (e.g., AdMob, App on Google Ad Manager, Mediation, etc.).
  • Technical knowledge in video ad tech products (e.g., Video on Google Ad Manager, Dynamic Ad Insertion, YouTube Player for Publishers, etc.).
  • Ability to navigate ambiguous environments.
  • Excellent presentation and storytelling skills, and the ability to communicate to varied audiences.
  • Excellent strategic, analytical thinking skills, and the ability to frame needs, priorities, and vision in a structured manner to thrive in data-driven environment.

As the Video Lead for Product Go-To-Market, you will commercialize Video product features to drive adoption with partners, and launch/lead key programs to engage with partners. You will be the Video product expert for our Americas Partnerships teams and empower Partnerships teams by providing product training, ongoing updates, and support for partner engagements. You will act as a strategic thought partner for Product teams in developing new features by sharing partner feedback and needs as they evolve.

Responsibilities

  • Be the product expert for external partners, and be the market expert for internal partners.
  • Engage with partners, and attend external partner meetings as the Ad Manager, AdMob, and AdSense product expert to contribute to pitches.
  • Deliver product trainings/updates and collaborate with Partnerships teams to craft and execute partner engagement strategy, and translate technical product speak into benefits for users, stakeholders, and partners.
  • Work with internal teams to contribute actively to product development, advocate for partners' needs, and generally get things done, and set goals for product adoption, work with others to deliver those results, aggregate user feedback to create prioritized business cases, and influence the product roadmap.
  • Cultivate expert knowledge of key Google products, the digital ecosystems, publisher industries, and ad technology.
