Job Description Organization Description : Our Global Technology User Experience (UX) team relies on smart, driven people like you to design the right technology solutions for all of our corporate functions. Your efforts will touch lives all over the financial spectrum and across all our divisions: Global Finance, Corporate Treasury, Risk Management, Human Resources, Compliance, Legal, Corporate Administrative Office, and more. You'll be part of a team specifically built to meet and exceed our evolving technology needs, as well as our technology controls agenda.
Job Description : As a member of our Global Technology (GT) User Experience (UX) organization, you will play a critical part in helping to design application and product solutions that allow our JPMC Employees to better service our clients' needs. The GT UX Tools Product Owner/Program Manager is an essential new role that will help ensure that our fast growing UX teams have the tools and support that they need in order to be as effective as possible in their roles.
The UX Tools Product Owner/Program Manager will establish a program that will assess, onboard, and manage the various vendor tools/applications that our UX Designers, Researchers, and A11y Specialists rely on. This should be an individual who has project/program management experience and the ideal candidate will also have some UX related experience. Most importantly though this should be an individual who listens empathetically, puts the team first, and genuinely roots for the success of their fellow team members. This role has a number of responsibilities and requires a wide variety of strengths and capabilities, including:
Responsibilities :

      • Develop and manage a program/process that assesses which UX related tools we should make available to our UX practitioners
      • Develop and manage a program to ensure the efficient onboarding of UX related tools
      • Develop and manage a program to ensure that our UX practitioners receive adequate production support for the UX related tools that they use
      • Build and lead a team in the execution of these duties
      • Partner with UX teams across lines of business, to ensure alignment and collaboration on tools related efforts
      • Provide visibility into delivery targets, commitments and progress
      • Proactively identify impediments and appropriately resolving issues using networks of peers and formal channels (including escalation if required)
      • Utilize team feedback and metrics to identify areas of opportunity and working with teams to continuously improve


Qualifications :

      • 5+ years of program/project management experience
      • Ability to manage work in a highly technical, changing environment
      • Strong communication skills, negotiation, and presentation skills
      • Ability to work collaboratively in teams and develop meaningful relationships to achieve common goals
      • Experience onboarding vendor tools at JPMC is highly preferred
      • Experience working in a UX organization is a plus
