Job Description:
Responsible for maximizing the value for a product. Defines the vision and roadmap for the product, defining and prioritizing stories in the product backlog, and articulating this to both stakeholders and the development team. Works closely with stakeholders to understand their needs, and with the Product Manager in a scaled Agile model to ensure there is alignment. Possess a working knowledge of the product, and basic understanding of the business or technology domain. With some guidance, creates the vision and roadmap for the product to align with strategic direction for the business or technology domain. Communicates the product vision and roadmap to stakeholders and the team. Collaborates with stakeholders to understand their needs and problems. Creates and prioritizes work for one team. Learning to collaborate with cross-functional teams. With some guidance, creates and prioritizes stories in the product backlog. Refines stories with the team to ensure there are enough ready stories to load the next 1-2 sprints. Reviews and accepts stories and is empowered to make on-the-spot decisions on scope and requirements. Works in partnership with the team to ensure that optimum value is obtained through technology and through an advanced understanding of the business. Individual contributor.

Responsibilities:
Product Owner driving high level product roadmap, solution architecture, data analysis and low-level design for the Treasury Data Platform. The Feature Product Owner role is expected to lead initiatives while working closely with Functional Product Owners and technology partners to develop business and process requirements, key platform capabilities, features and low-level design to ensure relevant business objectives are met.
The Feature Product Owner will be primarily responsible for working with the Functional Product Owner for project delivery and roadmap expectations, communicating this information to the technology team, assisting the technology team with business related knowledge, and coordinating with the business for testing needs, completions, and sign-offs.
Required Skills:

  • Deep financial domain expertise in Commercial treasury products and understanding of banking and treasury value chain
  • Automated Clearing House (ACH), Wire Transfer, Cash Management, Check Processing, FX, Liquidity and Demand Deposit Accounting
  • Global Payments - digital disbursement payment types such as PayPal, Push2Card, Alipay, Ripple, Peso Net
  • Trade Finance
  • Commercial Cards
  • Regulatory Experience in Treasury and Banking for Financial and Non-financial reporting
  • AML / KYC
  • Global Financial Crimes Compliance / OFAC
  • FDIC, OCC & FRB
  • CCAR
  • RCSAs
  • Regional / In-country regulatory reporting
  • Micro-services and API based on JAVA, Spring Boot
  • Advanced ETL, computing and UI technologies such as Hadoop - Spark, Elastic Services, Kafka Streaming
  • Advanced analytics: analysis, predictive algorithms (ML / AI), statistical models, and technology platforms such as R, Python etc. to enable data monetization opportunities.
  • Business Intelligence platforms: Tableau, Micro-strategy
  • Master Data Management, Data Security

Pay and benefits information
Jersey City pay range:
$85,200 - $150,800 annualized salary, offers to be determined based on experience, education and skill set.
Discretionary incentive eligible
This role is eligible to participate in the annual discretionary plan. Employees are eligible for an annual discretionary award based on their overall individual performance results and behaviors, the performance and contributions of their line of business and/or group; and the overall success of the Company.
