Job Overview

As a Technical Product Owner II (Automation focus), you will be focused on managing team intake process, prioritizing within business and technical teams, and driving requirement management and project delivery. On a daily basis you will work with users, stakeholders, and engineers within an Agile SCRUM environment to solve key friction points to enable business process automation You will utilize excellent written and verbal communication skills, strong relationship-building skills, ability to think strategically and analytically, and a passion for emerging technologies.

Responsibilities
• Manage the project intake process and execute the project life cycle, including planning and scope definition, effort estimation, solution design documentation, coordination, user-acceptance testing, and support transition/ change management
• Assist with the development and execution of a technical program roadmap including development prioritization and estimation, building relationships with stakeholders and communication to business of delivery timelines
• Assist in the development of KPIs and metrics to measure development delivery efficiency and effectiveness, efficiencies gained, and any revenue generated by development.
• Ability to learn, document, and explain to development teams the business processes that will be automated.
• Work with stakeholders to ensure that all project documentation is maintained, and knowledge / status is communicated with business partners.
• Hands-on gathering of business requirements working with development team to convert to solution design. Management of solution design approval workflow with all business partners.
• Partner with our Business partners to answer software operations, serve as SME for software operations, and utilize data and KPI's to support response. Serve as an escalation point for all issues and questions associated with a project.

Required Skills & Experience
• Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, Communications, or related field (or equivalent work experience in a related field)
• Ability to divide strategic goals into tactical deliverables.
• 3+ years of product management experience
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to analyze complex requirements and define technical/functional advanced solutions.
• Good technical understanding to navigate technical discussions and translate stakeholder needs into a solid vision, roadmap, and backlog. While this is not a coding job you must be able to effectively communicate with developers as they are an important stakeholder.
• Demonstrated interpersonal and relationship-building skills with the ability to communicate effectively both written and verbal and manage demanding timelines.
• Proven ability to work in a demanding, fast-paced environment; must be able to leverage cross-functional teams to deliver results to meet specific deadlines and shift focus with changing priorities
• An understanding of agile product methodologies and how to apply them to real world situations

Preferred Skills & Experience
• 4+ Years of demonstrated product management experience
• Previous experience with RPA tools as a user or product owner
• Knowledge of Azure DevOps
• Knowledge of Power BI
• Certified Scrum Product Owner or equivalent
