Responsibilities:

• Scope and document new features, epics, stories, or roadmap items

• Ensure documentation aligns to demonstrable value for users

• Collaborate with CEO, go-to-market team, and customers to define priorities towards KPIs

• Management of overall roadmap processes across teams

• Own the day-to-day of how we meet the needs of Channel and Merchant customers

• Ensure design, sales, and engineering are all in sync regarding upcoming sprint definition and shippable increments

• Maintain agile principles throughout the product cycle

• Incorporate key OKRs as a guiding light throughout the product team interface

• Report directly to CEO in an important role in the company at a crucial inflection point in our growth

   

Skills and Requirements:

• 3+ years of product experience

• Experience in software development or API-adjacent products

• High analytical competency

• Ability to decompose and articulate complex topics across stakeholders and skillsets

• A founder at heart: always eager to grow, learn, and execute with a sense of ownership of outcomes

• We-over-me: collaborative and focused on broader contexts and needs of all parties

• Able to balance competing priorities

• Strong written and oral communication skills

• Past design experience a plus (figma or sketch preferred)

• OKR software experience a plus (ally or GTM hub preferred)

• Experience using JIRA for software management

• Experience in agile software development practices.
