About Role:

Finix enables software platforms to become payments companies. Specifically, Finix helps the software platform manage the merchant lifecycle: onboarding merchants, processing transactions on their behalf, and also settling dues i.e. settlements. Everyone on our team has a meaningful impact on product features, new directions, and user engagement.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Lead cross-functional teams to deliver products customers love
• Spend a lot of time with our customers and internal teams understanding their needs.
• Deliver products in a complex and face-paced environment using agile process and experimentation
• Work in a highly collaborative fashion with engineering, design, data science and analytics, and customer engineering to drive strategy, propose solutions, write product requirements, define key success metrics, and measure how well you did.
• Build and ship products -- a lot of products, quickly, yet in a highly iterative fashion.
• Be goal-oriented, metrics-driven, and drive a culture around the same.
• Develop strong hypotheses about the direction and growth of our business, learn from customer success, and craft our culture of product management.

About You:

• Able to demonstrate evidence of problem solving and creating thinking in dealing with processing and organizing large data sets from disparate sources (think batch file processing and reporting)
• 8+ years of experience in product or program management, product marketing, business development or technology
• Experience with feature delivery and tradeoffs of a product
• Is excellent at communicating internally and with external partners - processors.
• Experience with pricing, scenario planning, and corporate strategy is a plus.
• You love to build and ship products; beyond just shipping new products, you obsess about continuous product improvement and can optimize for shipping a portfolio of small, medium and large releases.
• You’re a creative product thinker who loves collaborating across a company.
• You’re motivated by the chance to improve the lives of your customers
• You do whatever it takes to make your product and team successful - no matter how big or small the issue may be.
• You can turn incomplete, conflicting, or ambiguous inputs into solid action plans.
• You have an aptitude with numbers (Data Science, Accounting or Statistics)

Even Better If You Have:

• 5+ years experience in a product role.
• Experience managing technical software products from kick-off to ship.
• Degree in a technical or quantitative field (e.g., Computer Science, Economics, Statistics, Sciences, Engineering).
• Strong written, verbal, and presentation skills.
• Financial products experience.
