As a Tech Product owner of the Provider Portal experience, you shape the evolution of the product and prepare it for delivery with our engineering teams. You work with Product Managers, UI/UX designers and engineers to write, refine and groom the features and user stories and help prepare for PI planning activities.
You'll enjoy the flexibility to telecommute* from anywhere within the U.S. as you take on some tough challenges.
Primary Responsibilities:

• Manage and own a capability of the product and understand end to end flow
• Create user flows, features - with well-defined acceptance criteria and definition of done and get alignment with the scrum team
• Drive and take part in Feature and User story grooming for PI and Sprint planning activities
• Manage and field scrum team questions regarding the sprint progress and attend to any blockers identified
• Ensure features being prepared have a corresponding UX definition identified
• Create, right size, and prioritize user stories to ensure the acceptance criteria in the feature is met
• must be able to work with offshore teams
• Create opportunities to add features / user stories into the common backlog and help refine and prioritize that
• Prioritize and re-evaluate requirements throughout the software development lifecycle to ensure business objectives and product vision are being met
• Attend scrum team demos and offer constructive feedback

Required Qualifications:

• 4+ years of experience working in any software development and / or product development role
• Experience facilitating product feature or requirements development - gathering input to formulate product features, functions and requirements with clients and/or end-users
• Experience directly or indirectly interfacing with the scrum teams and planning for PIs and sprints
• Experience working in an Agile, Scaled Agile or Scrum environment
• Experience creating and analyzing process flow diagrams
• Proven analytical and problem-solving skills
• Demonstrated ability to understand, create and refine a healthy backlog
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel (including pivot tables)

Preferred Qualifications:

• Undergraduate degree or equivalent experience
• Agile, Scaled Agile or Scrum related certification (product owner, agile leader, etc.)
• Visio experience
• Healthcare and Provider experience
• Experience with Persona definitions and Persona Journey
• Experience and high interest in creating communication materials for the team
• Experience using Aha, miro, figma or other collaboration tools

Colorado, Connecticut or Nevada Residents Only: The salary/hourly range for Colorado residents is $64,800 to $116,000. The salary/hourly range for Connecticut/Nevada residents is $71,400 to $127,400.
