Job Description: 

Are you an expert in compliance, risk management, InfoSec, or auditing, and have you wanted to shape the future of GRC and Risk?  Now’s your chance!  We are looking for GRC rockstars to join our team at Reciprocity.  Our Technical Product Managers are a thoughtful and professional presence on customer-facing calls, and they give customers strategic and tactical guidance to achieve desired outcomes through ZenGRC.  Behind the scenes, Technical Product Managers collaborate with internal Reciprocity teams by providing insightful product ideas and feedback, influencing product feature roadmaps, and creating strategic and engaging content.  Our Technical Product Managers know “how to GRC” and enjoy helping customers and other Reciprocity teams to do the same.

What you get to do: 

  • Provide product feedback, improvement ideas, and review of proposed features and product offerings
  • Collaborate with the product management team to identify potential integrations and frameworks to maintain to advance the Reciprocity GRC and Risk thought leadership capabilities
  • Participate in the creation and maintenance of product best practices, example data sets, and other written collateral and content
  • Work with Reciprocity Account Executives and Channel partners to develop and execute strategies to best help achieve successful customer and channel partner outcomes and Reciprocity sales
  • Participate in webinars, write blogs, attend conferences, and more to drive thought leadership
  • Support sales opportunities and existing customers by providing GRC and Risk expertise and leadership inclusive of
    • Framework thought leadership and best practices
    • Discovery and requirements gathering to best understand customer goals and success metrics
    • Application of frameworks to help guide GRC and Risk programs and to best implement product capabilities to best help customers successfully adopt the product and achieve the goals and success metrics
    • Advising customers on product best practices, example data sets, and other written collateral and content

What we’re looking for:

  • 7+ years experience in GRC and Risk related fields such as information security, compliance, risk management, third-party risk management, auditing and assurance, and data privacy
  • Experience implementing, managing, operating, or enabling customers with compliance frameworks such as SOC2, PCI, GDPR, ISO 27K, FedRAMP, CMMC, NIST 800-53, etc. or risk programs such as Enterprise Risk Management, Cybersecurity Risk, or Third-Party Risk Management
  • Gravitas to work with CISOs, CIOs, and Risk Leaders
  • Passion for the GRC and Risk industry and continuing to expand their knowledge of frameworks, industries, and risk programs
  • Passion for delivering customer delight with the demonstrated ability to drive execution
  • Experience building/supporting customer relationships at the executive/CISO level.
  • Cross-functional experience working across teams like sales, customer success, sales, product, and marketing
  • Experience with consulting, training, and leading new initiatives in a collaborative or cross-functional environment
  • Ability to build effective project plans and manage milestones with customers.
  • Demonstrated experience building programs, processes, and tools
  • Effective written and verbal communication, including presentation development.
  • BA/BS degree


  • Experience with software implementation. 
  • Experience working with GRC Software as a Service
