This position may be performed remotely anywhere within the United States except for the State of Colorado, Alaska, North Dakota, or South Dakota.

Overview:

The Blackhawk Network Incentives' Platform Product Manager is responsible for working with the product director on product planning and execution, focusing on defining and prioritizing product and customer requirements and working closely with technology, sales, marketing, risk, compliance, and operational support teams to ensure revenue and client satisfaction goals are met. The Product Manager will be responsible for feature development on our B2B reward platform.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage feature development on B2B customer-facing ordering portal which serves small and large business customers
  • Collaborate with UX design team on customer-facing feature flows and design
  • Define and write detailed product user stories; partner with development team on grooming, prioritization, and implementation of those requirements
  • Partner cross functionally with business and development teams to define and prioritize features and functions
  • Track project status and provide updates at weekly cross-functional review meetings, including tracking and resolution of all issues
  • Generate detailed documentation describing new features/functionality for Account Management, Sales, Customer Service, and Marketing teams
  • Project management of customer requirements and other key product functionality implementations across multiple organizations
  • Liaison with Account Management and Sales teams on customer issues and questions
  • Organize workload to move multiple projects forward at the same time
  • Research customer requirements and conduct competitive analysis. Become an expert on how our product compares to the competition, enabling identification of new market opportunities and product enhancements.
  • Communicate clearly with all functional areas of the company



Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business or related field or equivalent
  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience as a product manager/owner for a website property with strong understanding of UI design and UX, developing features to simplify customer experience
  • Creative thinking skills to help drive innovation on the website
  • Strong familiarity or experience working in agile development environment
  • Experience writing product requirements, use cases and/or user stories
  • Strong writing skills
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Excellent communication skills; able to communicate product concepts and requirements, as well as project plans to cross-functional teams
  • Ability to define, understand, and map end-to-end processes
  • Strong competency in MS Office products and LucidChart
  • Resourceful and a self-starter with immense attention to detail and follow through
  • Ability to multi-task and perform multiple initiatives at one time
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment under pressure of deadlines
  • Persistence and ability to hold project team members accountable
  • Experience in the fintech industry is a plus
