As a Technical Product Manager working in the In-Vehicle Infotainment and Connectivity group, you will have the responsibility of leading sophisticated engineering projects bring to bear your software development and/or infotainment product release experience. You will lead a cross-function team to develop and maintain various Infotainment software features from conception to release. Our infotainment systems are equipped to handle the use cases of today and those of tomorrow. Our ambitions reach well beyond existing solutions, and we are in search of innovative individuals to join this team.

What you'll be able to do:

  • Work with Electrical Systems and Interaction Ergonomics teams in the evaluation/development of core specifications.
  • Supervise/lead the software development and implementation of the core specifications within the Agile Development Lifecycle and quality assurance teams.
  • Analyze core specifications and decompose requirements into consumable work tasks for developers and testers.
  • Ensure teams are aware of key project achievements and deliveries.
  • Evaluate incoming feature requests and identify future resource needs based on these requests.
  • Quantify feature release quality by evaluating projected software defect rate, number of open defects, etc.

The minimum requirements we seek:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or related study.
  • 5+ years confirmed experience designing, releasing, or testing software-based consumer or automotive products such as developing functional use cases, test cases, and/or technical requirements
  • 2+ years debugging CAN logs

Our preferred requirements:

  • Master's Degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or related study.
  • PMP Certification
  • 2 years being responsible for an aspect of a project (IE software delivery, test case, and execution)
  • Software Testing/QA experience
  • Experience working with Agile software development processes (e.g., Scrum, Kanban, etc.)
  • Proven understanding of Jira
  • Excellent communications skills
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and with cross-functional
