The Role:

We are seeking a Technical Product Manager, Global Sales Systems and Tools to own the global systems and tools that support our sales, operations and brand customers. The role will own the design, implementation, and maintenance of the company’s sales and operations business systems with a focus on integration, automation, and agile workflows to support the growing needs of the business.

The role is a technical PM role that requires deep experience with Hubspot Sales Hub and Marketing Hub, Oracle Netsuite, Stripe and complex data and systems integrations. The candidate will have 5+ hands on experience as an enterprise sales and marketing systems PM leader. 

The ideal candidate will have some engineering/tech background with a working knowledge of systems and data architecture, API’s and systems integration. A key skill set will be the ability to query, analyze and compare data from multiple systems to troubleshoot and ensure data integrity across systems.

Our Brand Platform business drives over $3B in annual sales. More than 5,000 retailers and 1M brands across the world including Nordstrom and Walmart choose LTK to deliver their influencer marketing programs at scale. Our Platform is utilized by our brands to manage influencer relationships and campaigns.

Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities:

  • Collaborate with Sales RevOps Manager to define, design, prioritize/sequence and maintain the technology required to support the company’s sales and operations business systems 
  • Define short and long term product, technology, and data roadmap to match future company, sales and ops objectives, owning processes for intake, prioritization, update, reporting
  • Define product requirements, collaborating with cross functional sprint teams, defining  epics, stories, acceptance test criteria
  • Drive collaborative, cross-team product development with a team of engineers, product managers, and designers.
  • Collaborate with Sales, engineering, architecture to define and implement internal and third party tech stack to support and integrate systems and data required to meet business goals. 
  • Collaborate with engineering, architecture and data teams to create scalable data models that focus on completeness, accuracy, and recency of our customer data across all integrated systems
  • Define and implement analytics to drive a data driven decision making process, maintaining, and managing the life cycle of experiments and cycle of customer data driven improvement, using data to show evidence of impact on revenue and profit
  • Support integration into our Business Systems, including Hubspot Sales Hub, Marketing Hub, Oracle Netsuite, Stripe. 
  • Build trusted relationships with our vendors and develop a procurement process to secure the best licensing terms possible
  • Develop, select, and conduct user training on an as-needed basis to maximize adoption and internal user satisfaction

Key Requirements:

  • 5+ years of PM experience, ideally with deep experience in owning sales, ops and marketing systems. 
  • Technical background, ideally with some engineering/tech background with a working knowledge of systems and data architecture, API’s and systems integration
  • Experience with Data Migration and Data Sync Strategy – Data architecture and migration strategy for existing business records as well as system architecture for keeping records in sync and up to date based on internal and external changes through events 
  • Ability to Query, analyze and compare data from multiple systems to troubleshoot and ensure data integrity across systems.
  • Relevant agile software development with proven track record of delivering successful customer facing site features and improvements
  • Deep understanding of, and empathy for users
  • Mix of entrepreneurial and large enterprise experience with ability to define product in an emerging space
  • Experienced in Project management software (Jira, Shortcut, etc) and able to transition projects seamlessly from executive scope conversation to executable backlog for engineering teams.
