Minimum qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related technical field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Experience in internet technologies (e.g., Java, Python, JavaScript, SQL).
• Product management or design experience with a focus on software products and technologies.
• Ability to speak and write in English fluently.

Preferred qualifications:

• Experience in a systems design, product management, and/or software engineering role.
• Experience designing technology solutions and leading engineers to implement, test, and launch those solutions.
• Experience managing product roadmaps, influencing cross-functional business and technical teams, and communicating technical concepts to business stakeholders.
• Experience delivering software products incrementally using a scrum-style approach.

As a Technical Product Lead on the Content Partnerships Systems team within Business Technology at YouTube, you will oversee capabilities of our systems that support YouTube's business organization. You will work with Business Technology engineering teams to define and realize a vision for internal tools and systems that will empower content partnerships teams to drive and measure impact to YouTube partners, helping creators, artists, and media companies.

In this role, you will work on a variety of projects, from defining product requirements to partnering with our engineering teams on systems design to launching new and improved capabilities for our users. You will focus on evaluating and documenting needs, scoping technical solutions, identifying risks, and clearly communicating goals and milestones to business stakeholders globally.
