Role Description:
As an Associate Technical Product Manager, you will be responsible for supporting and driving key initiatives on our data platform roadmap. Through partnership with business and engineering leaders, you will be responsible for writing detailed requirements, assisting the Technical Product Manager in scoping initiatives and providing guidance to engineers. The candidate will support data platform initiatives from project initiation through testing and launch.
Core Responsibilities:

  • Support the planning, execution and on time delivery of multiple individual product initiatives within a single agile team.
  • Partner with cross-functional team members to collect and document detailed product requirements.
  • Ensure the quality of each product that you design by working with Quality Assurance to thoroughly test each user story and facilitate user acceptance testing. You will also support other Product team members in the planning and execution of large-scale alpha and beta tests to validate product capabilities.
  • Define and project manage the launch of new products to our users. In partnership with our operations teams, you will help train end users and create applicable documentation for your products.
  • Identify and action opportunities for product improvement identified through quantitative measurement and feedback from end users.
  • Provide perspectives and understanding on the data platform and analytics strategy to Technical Product Managers.
  • Employ multiple mechanisms for conducting product research to inform requirements and design including knowing how to pull data from various systems to inform product decisions.


What are we looking for?

  • BS in Engineering, Economics, Mathematics, Business or a related field
  • Minimum of 2 years in a technical product or analytics role at a rapidly growing company
  • Passionate about designing innovative data solutions to rebuild the healthcare industry as it should be
  • Data driven mindset
  • Motivated by pushing the boundaries of innovation while leading your team towards the future
  • Natural tendency to take ownership of a project and coordinate the necessary resources to ensure success
  • Ability to work with cross-functional stakeholders and act as a bridge between engineering and business leaders
  • Ability to effectively articulate challenging concepts in both written and verbal modalities and tailor your messaging to the appropriate audience to ensure complete understanding
  • Ability to leverage your understanding of business needs to prioritize your daily work for impact with limited oversight
  • Someone who actively seeks out new opportunities for knowledge development and growth, and knows how to ask the right questions to solve the problem at hand
