We’re looking for a creative, high-impact leader to oversee our product organization. As our SVP of Product you will oversee the envisioning, design and build out of our tools for employers, employees, healthcare providers and internal Garner teams. You will lead our team of product managers and designers, and will join the leadership team of the company reporting directly to Garner’s CEO. Garner is based in NYC with a strong preference for candidates who can spend a significant amount of their time at headquarters. 

Responsibilities will include:

  • Own the overall product vision for company, including the high-level business strategy and feature roadmap
  • Build and manage a high-functioning team of product managers and designers
  • Create and oversee Garner’s product management process, from ideation, to scoping, to design and build
  • Be a part of Garner’s leadership team and shape its culture and direction

The ideal candidate has:

  • 10+ years of experience working in fast-paced product development roles
  • A track record of imagining and executing against a strategic product roadmap
  • Experience leading a team of product managers
  • The ability and desire to manage a diverse array of products from consumer-facing applications to internal operational tools
  • Some experience in healthcare and/or startups is preferred but not required
  • A drive to be part of Garner’s mission to improve the US healthcare system
