As a strategic product lead you will be in charge of a broad scope of product related activities including but not limited to:
-Product vision and strategy
-Product design and user research
-Product analytics and metrics
-Product growth and marketing
-Structuring the product organization
-Interviewing, recruiting and supervising product employees and teams
What you’ll bring:
- Must have experience establishing strategic product vision, product innovation, product development, product design and building and scaling a product organization at Series-C and beyond Fintech/SaaS companies.
- Must have a track record of sensitivity to customers and users through a product discovery process that led to demonstrated product success and growth in similar Fintech/SaaS environments to Ocrolus'. Implicit in managing growth is strong collaboration with Revenue, Marketing, and Customer Success functions as market intelligence and feedback sources.
- Must have an eye for data. We are a data-driven organization, and the ideal candidate must be able to make objective, data-driven decisions. Ability to direct user research, product analytics and synthesize these into product roadmaps and tactical execution.
- Must have demonstrated leadership skills, ability to work well with engineering teams and an understanding of high-performance engineering cultures. Ocrolus’ teams are located both in the US and India and working across geographies and cultures is a strong requirement.
- Must be able to mentor and guide a team of product professionals and coach them in product management best practice within an Agile environment. We have an excellent young team of professionals who are excited to work with a senior product leader they can learn from in all aspects of their jobs.
- The ideal candidate would likely have a thought leadership presence in the broader market through public speaking, blogging, articles, conference participation or similar.
Qualifications
- BS degree in a quantitative or technical discipline minimum. MBA or MS strongly preferred.
- A track record of progressively responsible product management positions at leading organizations culminating in proven senior product management experience at late-stage SaaS companies.
- Typical candidates would have Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO) or similar certifications in their past and proven ability to scale product management systems and processes.
