Job Description

The Supply Chain Gladius/UPLC Product Manager is responsible for the overall successful management of the GLADIUS Product Life Cycle requirements during product planning and execution phases. The successful candidate will work with the various functional experts within SC to gather, consolidate and represent the SC interests at the key product forums. The successful candidate will provide regular updates and escalate issues to senior management, making this a highly visible and critical role in shaping the supply chain for our products

The Product Manager role will be responsible for but not limited to:

  • Represents Supply Chain and provides Supply Chain data, options and solutions to the team that supports Intel's product development.
  • Develops a product profile (performance, schedule, cost, planning, manufacturing, BOM, IP, etc. characteristics).
  • Leads X-functional Supply Chain (Plan, Source, Make, Deliver, Services) Assessments of product characteristics to identify Supply Chain risks and Supply Chain adaptations resulting from Product Design decisions.
  • Ensures Supply Chain implications of Product Design characteristics are considered in Product Design decisions and influences Design for Supply Chain.
  • Escalates high supply chain risks to Gladius SC PLC Forum.

  • Bring the voice of Supply Chain into short term and strategic decision.
  • Willing to orchestrate activities between product and SC functional teams.
  • Manage issues/risks from SC perspective.
  • Innovates and looks at ways for supply chain to create value and be a competitive advantage to Intel.
  • Knowledgeable of internal and external Fab/Test/Advanced packaging Manufacturing processes and flow.

Qualifications

You must possess the below minimum qualifications to be initially considered for this position. Preferred qualifications are in addition to the minimum requirements and are considered a plus factor in identifying top candidates.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Engineering or any related field of study.
  • 8+ years of relevant experience in product design and architecture, including capability to map product requirements to fab process nodes and packaging technology offerings. And/or Internal and External Fab/Test/Advanced Packaging Manufacturing Processes and Flow.



Preferred Qualifications:

  • Masters Degree in Supply Chain Engineering or any related field of study.
  • 5+ years of experience in Intel's Supply Chain Process and Systems.

Work Model for this Role

This role will be eligible for our hybrid work model which allows employees to split their time between working on-site at their assigned Intel site and off-site.
