This position leads the strategic new product initiatives of Enterprise Network Services organization.

Owning & Managing Enterprise Products Roadmap
• Lead and Manage end to end ENS Roadmap for one or more PM functions in partnership with ENS Engineering and Ops team
• Partner with internal and external stakeholders to understand business needs, outcomes, and goals and ensure the roadmaps are aligned with those goals.
• Making sure the roadmap captures Build/Buy/Integrate decisions and dependencies across functional areas within and outside of ENS
• Managing and/or collaborating with other Product Managers, SDMs, Ops and Engineering to address dependencies across ENS platform technology and product lines.
• Time to market ownership and Go-To-Market planning and execution

Defining and Delivering Product Vision and Strategy
• Creating Integrated Product vision and providing strategic advice on how to respond to changing business needs.
• Leveraging customer-centric mindset in designing roadmaps and building products/solutions that meet current and long-term business needs.
• Orchestrating scalable and agile platform product strategies that deliver outstanding business values to Morgan Stanley businesses and its customer
• Constantly seeking and feeding market, customer and industry insights into the unified product vision and strategy of ENS product lines.
• Conceptualizing best-in-class Storefront solution to drive client and Vendor engagement with right cost and time to market.

Elevating Product Management Maturity
• Lead the strategic investment initiatives across existing and new product development streams and track/report progress using agreed KPIs.
• Voice of the Agile transformation goals and execution strategy across the ENS organization.
• Measure the value delivered by the products and features - adoption, performance, scaling, feedback, and execution against the short and long-term roadmaps and recommend adjustments as needed.
• Collaborating with the ENS Risk and Compliance teams to understand the audit process and adherence criteria and integrating them in our product lines.
• Being the people, process, communication, and collaboration champion with an eye for innovation opportunities in every facet of the business.

Educational Background & Skills Required
• Master's degree in Network Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, or related fields. MBA in Product Management / Supply chain desired.
• 15+ years of Technical Product Management experience in e-Commerce / Datacenter Infrastructure / Networking hardware/ Voice or Data product domains.
• Hands on experience owning and delivering on market-winning product roadmaps and driving business, operational and customer excellence
