As Senior / Staff Software Product Manager, Data Platform - Real World Data, you will play a key role in developing GRAIL’s data platform and software solutions to power real-world data (RWD) collection and management in the commercial setting. You will build the clinical evidence base for Galleri and fuel R&D for future cancer detection products. Our ideal candidate has significant experience with healthcare integrations, RWD/RWE, and Clinical Decision Support (CDS), is an excellent communicator with cross-functional and external partners, and enjoys working in a fast-paced environment.
You will:
- Own product strategy and roadmaps for software supporting RWD collection, management, and use based on a deep understanding of user needs and business goals
- Write product requirements and specifications to guide software development
- Work closely with cross-functional teams (Clinical Development, Medical Affairs, Regulatory, Commercial UX Research and Design, Engineering, Bioinformatics and Data Science) and external partners to align software requirements with business goals
- Contribute to strategy documents and presentations for executive leadershipManage relationship and performance of RWD/RWE partners, and support process for evaluation, selection and implementation of new partnership opportunities
Your background should include:
- 5 to 7+ years of experience in software program or product management, preferably including leadership role(s).Excellent strategic, analytical, communication and presentation abilities.
- Experience working in a start-up environment, leading complex strategic and operational initiatives, working through technical, operational, legal/policy and business issues.
- Comfort with ambiguity and ability to resolve. Ability to guide without authority.
- Ability to negotiate scope, product features, specifications, across, and down in the organization.
- Ability to prioritize, set goals and deliver results with a high emphasis on quality, technical difficulty, and attention to detail.
- Experience working with patient-level data, ideally in the real-world evidence space.
- Familiarity with one or more healthcare informatics domains (EHR, claims, genomics, etc.).
