Why We Need you!

Ivanti is looking for a Product Manager to drive go-to-market for our Enterprise product portfolio focused primarily on UEM. In this role, you'll be responsible for driving and managing Modern Management based Solution for Windows Device and Application Management Lifecycle across all OSs. A key to success in this role will be developing strong relationships across Engineering, technical marketing, Customer success, the broader marketing organization, sales, OS vendor relationship management.

We are a group of experienced product managers in the midst of developing a world-class product organization here at Ivanti. In this role, you will participate in all parts of the software development process, from collaborating with Cross functional teams and customers on ideation, design to executing that design in a scalable and extensible way. You will have the opportunity to solve business problems and help the business every day.

Key job responsibilities As a PM, you are empowered to:
• Lead and own the product roadmap for a product and improve the end-to-end customer impact.
• Understand your customers and their pain points; work with your users and stakeholders to find solutions that help them enable their scenarios.
• Formulate product vision and strategy, define and prioritize road maps, define user stories.
• Partner with Cross functional teams (UX, Engineering, Marketing, Customer Success), Partners, OS software Vendors on defining, designing and delivering high-quality products.
• Engage with teams across Ivanti to evangelize your product/ideas and address use cases.
• Identify, assess and mitigate risks for your product, provide escalation management.
• Accomplished range of skills from high-level strategic thinking to detailed analysis
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams through influence versus direct management
• Clearly define KPIs, communicate plan and product status to management and stakeholders on your products.

Experience Required
• The ideal candidate will have 4+ years of relevant product management experience with a bachelor's degree or 2+ years of relevant product management experience with MBA.
• Candidates should demonstrate superior product management and troubleshooting skills.
• An approach that starts from the end customer and then work backwards from there.
• 4+ years designing and delivering world-class software products in a Product Management role
• Demonstrated experience managing the end-to-end product lifecycle for product offerings.
• Ability to develop and execute a successful product roadmap.
• Experience with Agile development and methodologies.
• Strong facilitation skills, including the ability to think and lead complex projects simultaneously.
• Successful history of delivering customer-driven products designed to create a great customer experience.
• Have a passion to seek a deep understanding of customer needs and turn that insight into solutions that solve customer and business problems
• Outstanding written and oral communication skills.
• Strong execution and ability to drive work to completion.
• Individuals with business acumen in the software industry and familiar with the software development process are encouraged to apply.
• Knowledge of Windows Device or Application Management Lifecycle is preferred, but not required.
