 Responsibilities: 

• Lead the product vision and roadmap for our vehicle management and integration platforms,  which directly impact AV development and empower development teams to quickly manage targeted content, and track performances.
• Partner with stakeholders (e.g. Production, Test Engineers, Drivers, etc.) to understand their workflows, gather use cases, and find opportunities to enhance platform capabilities and operational productivity
• Drive change management through documentation, training sessions, and configuration support
• Define, monitor, and communicate key success metrics on a regular basis to continue iterating on the tools and processes of our platform
• Be the subject matter expert on our operation and visualization platforms to provide advice for business needs

Qualifications:

• 7+ years of product management experience
• Proven ability to ship high-impact products and process quickly
• Strong collaboration in team environments but able to act quickly as the decision-maker
• Exceptional written, verbal, interpersonal, and presentation communication skills

Preferred

• Experience in the truck or autonomous driving industry
• Previous experience working on engineer-oriented tools and platforms; experience in improving workflows and operation efficiencies
