Job Description
Outbound Product Manager, Supply Chain
This position reports to: Sr Director Product, Future Products
ServiceNow is looking for a Sr. Outbound Product Managemer of Supply Chain Solutions. This is a highly visible role, interacting heavily with customers and executives at ServiceNow and owning key go to market responsibilities that impact the division and other teams across the company.
In this role you have key responsibilities related to delivery of Supply Chain Operations products, including work with strategics partners, driving integration roadmaps and aligning with desired outcomes of customers. These responsibilities allow for cross functional workload with daily interactions with Customers, Prospects, Sales, Marketing, Product Management, Services, Support, Licensing, and Engineering.
What you get to do in this role:
- Collaborate with sales to create the GTM strategy for Supply Chain Operations solutions
- Present and influence C-level executives on key initiatives, resourcing and growth strategies
- Collaborate with Product Marketing to develop programs and GTM content across cross-functional teams including content creation for product launches, website content, social media, product videos, webinars, tradeshows, case studies, blog posts and more
- Evangelize the value of the technology at executive briefings, marketing events, webinars, as well as other sales and marketing channels
- Produce and deliver sales education materials
- Develop Pricing & Packaging Strategies
- Work closely with product teams to formulate our product vision and strategy
- Work directly with the pre-sales and sales teams to nurture, grow and close in-flight opportunities
- Influence the product backlog based on feedback from customers and the sales organization
- Conduct demonstrations of the product, both standard and tailored to prospects and existing customers
- Maintain a firm grasp of the competitive landscape and identify areas of competitive differentiation for internal consumption and competitive programs
Qualifications
- 10-15 years of experience in product management, product marketing, customer success, or pre/post-sales/product development experience
- Proven track record of building and executing successful GTM strategies
- Proven track record in constructing compelling positioning and thought leadership content
- Experience and comfort in building and influencing relationships across product lines and functional groups
- Proven creative thinker that can generate and execute on innovative product marketing ideas Comfortable delivering product presentations to large audiences
- Experience working with a high-growth SaaS product line preferred
- Willing to travel up to 25% (when safe to do so)

A flexible work persona is defined as an employee who is contracted to work from or aligned to a ServiceNow-affiliated office and will work from their assigned workplace location roughly 3 days/week or less (generally around 40-60% of the work week). Flexible employees may choose to work the remaining working time from their workplace location or home. Flexible employees are required to work within their state, province, region, or country of employment.
Remote
A remote work persona is defined as an employee who performs their responsibilities exclusively outside of a ServiceNow workplace and is not contracted or aligned to a ServiceNow-affiliated office, including those whose place of work (pursuant to their terms and conditions of employment) is their home. Remote employees are required to work within their state, province, region, or country of employment.
