Sr Product Specialist
Job Description
Provides support in the development or maintenance of assigned product(s) by working cross-functionally with partners to ensure we are delivering a cohesive product narrative and excellent customer experience to our credit card members. This team member will support critical product functions, including product strategy, marketing, legal, compliance reviews and updates. Responsibilities
- Conduct detailed research of industry and competitor landscape
- Perform analysis which is used to make recommendations to improve product features, service, sales, marketing, processes, policies and procedures
- Review, update and manage marketing collateral to ensure accuracy
- Create, maintain, and modify tools used for analysis and support of product research
- Provide support in the development or maintenance of assigned product by working across the organization
- Actively identify opportunities to recommend, develop and build competitor analysis capabilities for the organization
Required Qualifications
• Bachelors degree or relevant experience• 3+ years of experience in financial services.• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills using data to identify trends and issues and potential ways to solve the issue.• Strong relationship management skills• Advisor or customer service experience.• Project management experience preferred (proven ability to start, manage and complete projects)
