CXE org focuses on the overall experience ofa customer with PayPal, based on all theirinteractions before, during, and after using ourproducts or services. The product manager will be responsible for leading the customer-centric experiences reviews with senior leadership, developing the framework & technologies to help identify these gaps proactively and enable teams to have end-to-end ownership of their products/experiences.

The main responsibilities will be to

  • improve customer experiences that span across many teams across the enterprise with no clear ownership.
  • proactively identification of the customer experience improvements
  • mitigate situations where multiple teams are working on redundant experiences that might confuse our customers
  • Systematic process changes to include Customer Experience Reviews as part of the PDLC and relevant internal processes
  • Developing scalable technical solutions to identify gaps in customer experiences
  • Driving product experiences that span across multiple teams
  • Working with senior leadership to finalize the CX backlog, and conducting successful reviews
