At PayPal, we believe in the power of Integration to unlock our next phase of growth in Commerce and Payments. We are seeking a talented Product Manager passionate about understanding Partner and Merchant Commerce Platforms and building services and exceptional experiences through beautifully crafted products and services. In this role you will be responsible for working closely with Product, Professional Services, Sales, Engineering, and Partners and Merchants to define integration requirements for PayPal's products and services to satisfy Global Partner and Merchant use-cases. You will also work closely with the Developer Community, Global Professional Services, Sales and Integration Engineering to define and deliver world-class experiences for developers globally.

Job Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience with Technical Integration products and services.
  • 5+ years in technology, programming, web scripting, or mobile development.



  • Strong problem-solving capabilities evidenced by a proven ability to quantitatively and qualitatively analyze product concepts, strategic opportunities and competitive threats
  • Demonstrated experience in balancing the needs of competing business drivers and multiple stakeholder objectives across sales, engineering and marketing.
  • An understanding of Payments or Fintech space is a plus.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills and the ability to prepare clear and concise stakeholder- ready documents.
  • A strong track record of delivering high quality products and customer experiences in a very high growth environment.



  • A solid understanding of tracking data points in Product Analytics and finding new ways to derive information from data.



Responsibilities

  • Lead the definition and development of complex products and solutions to satisfy Partner and Merchant Integration use-cases.
  • Deeply understand Developer, Merchant and Partner needs, and translate to a product roadmap to build the best product Integrations on the planet.



  • Work closely with Engineering to execute on the development roadmap, including taking new products to market globally.
  • Partner with the Developer Experiences team to drive overall E2E Developer Experience across Sandbox, Dev Documentation and Developer Dashboard.
  • Partner with Partner Sales, Global Professional Services, Sales Engineering to bring the APIs & SDKs to customers.
