"Productizing" our software & services will enable us to become more efficient, more scalable, and lay the groundwork for supporting the rapid digital and patient centric transformation underway in the post-acute care space.

This is a highly visible role and a great opportunity for an experienced product leader to influence the Brightree Resupply strategy.

What You'll Do
  • Develop long term strategy, vision, and priorities for your team.
  • Partner with engineering teams and leaders to ensure that designers, engineers, QA, etc. are operating effectively at all levels
  • Present product vision, roadmap, and software demonstrations to internal and external constituents, customers, press, analysts, and others.
  • Identify new market opportunities and evaluate emerging technology and business issues that may present opportunities or threats to the company.
  • Serve as a product champion by analyzing external market trends, competition, and opportunities that impact the users and capabilities of the Connect application.
  • Attend conferences and customer calls, gathering information from current and prospective customers as well as helping close deals where applicable.


Required Skills/Experience:
  • Successfully launched a cloud solution at an enterprise SaaS company.
  • 4+ years in a market-facing product management role defining and delivering enterprise-class cloud software on web, or mobile, platforms.
  • 3+ years of experience in healthcare IT, or a healthcare software development organization.
  • Bachelor's degree in a technical, or business-related field, or equivalent experience building and shipping software.
  • Strong collaboration and communication skills, including the ability to convey ideas, particularly to healthcare IT audiences.
  • Strong knowledge and experience with Agile/Scrum/Kanban and related tools (Jira, Rally, or Azure DevOps).
  • Understanding and technical acumen on core cloud concepts such as SaaS, APIs, devops/SRE, and/or artificial intelligence/machine learning.
  • Experience driving product vision, strategic product roadmaps, go-to-market strategy, product ops, and design discussions.
  • Experience establishing and maintaining trust-based relationships with cross-functional teams, particularly Engineering, UX/UI, Sales, Customer Support, Finance or Marketing.
  • Ability to travel up to 10% of the time.
  • Ability to influence multiple stakeholders without direct authority.


Preferred Skills/Experience:
  • Knowledge of the Home Health, Home Medical Equipment, or Order Fulfillment markets.
  • Experience managing day-to-day technical and design direction.
  • Experience or background with workflow automation technologies.
