Technical: Provides independent feasibility estimates and predicts implications of decisions on technical debt
Design: Represents visual and interaction rationale in conversation without designers present

Able to delegate portions of documentation activities while retaining high quality and accountability. Coaches peers and junior colleagues on best practices.
Proactively prepare for successful completion of each phase within SDLC to ensure timely delivery
Able to solely manage a product through regulation with your compliance counterpart
Within workstream. Intimate knowledge of the customer pain points and able to synthesize the true problem being solved, versus what is being requested.
Shares the unifying product vision "true north" with working team

Develops processes to engage with users throughout the planning and development cycle to ensure what's being worked on is considering user needs and perspective. This is coupled with rigourous product discovery techniques which instill confidence with the product team that the right problems are being solved.

Form relationships and trust with stakeholders at peer and working group level

- 5-7+ years of experience in Product Management or a combination of education and experience in this area
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science or a related field required Masters Degree preferred
- Modern software delivery experience
- High appreciation for the mission offered to the world
