• Has complete accountability of the product. Accountability to explain why a product prioritization decision is made and what problem is being solved.

• Develops processes to engage with users throughout the planning and development cycle to ensure what's being worked on is considering user needs and perspective. This is coupled with rigourous product discovery techniques which instill confidence with the product team that the right problems are being solved.

• Strong verbal communication skills including ability to move beyond transparency to persuasion. Conflict resolution through communication. Asks questions to build relationships, gain knowledge, and seek clarification.

• Form relationships and trust with stakeholders at peer and working group level

• Finds ways to enable and focus the UX/UI counterparts to develop designs which help illustrate the problem being solved or opportunity being seized

• 5-7+ years of experience in Product Management or a combination of education and experience in this area
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science or a related field required Masters Degree preferred
• Modern software delivery experience 
• High appreciation for the mission offered to the world
