About the role:

As the Senior Product Manager for Business Connect, you’ll be responsible for designing and directing the customer flows and product for a new business on-boarding on to our experience.

What you'll do:

The Merchant Connect Product Manager will be responsible for the product direction of Finicity’s OBB external facing experience and overall strategy.

• Define the overall strategy for the connect experience for business
• Define the features required for executing a state of the art experience for business experiences.
• Conduct user research to influence and support product strategy
• Responsible for coordinating with different parts of the organization to execute the strategy cross functionally.
• Coordinate with the Director of UX to provide the best interface for the on-boarding experience
• Work closely with product managers to define the Finicity experience
• Experience versioning and deprecation strategies
• Client education and documentation on best practices to integrate with our experience

What you'll need to be successful:

• 3+ years of experience in a product role including prior successes in:
  • Designing client facing experiences and strategies 
  • Building products by collaborating across engineering, analytics, marketing, design and other key stakeholders
  • Managing technical products in a startup environment
  • Approaching product management from a user’s vantage point and is motivated by the chance to improve the lives of customers
• A passion for user experience and flows.
• A college degree in a technical field (CS or Software Engineering are most applicable), or equivalent work experience
• Experience in an embedded engineering/software development role a plus
