About the role

You will oversee the development of a product roadmap to support eCommerce strategy evolution. Understand the e-commerce growth & revenue goals and device product strategies to support the goals. You will provide leaders and partners with regular status updates, feedback, and appropriate reporting on main programs. We support a hybrid environment. You will work 2 days a week from one of our offices and remote otherwise.

  • 15+ years of experience in product development, eCommerce strategy, and operations/ fulfillment.
  • 5+ years of experience in a leadership role (Sr.Manager and above)

  • Experience managing a growing eCommerce business and knowledge of important platforms and processes to grow.

  • Experience developing, and reporting on KPIs for e-commerce platforms.

  • Must be a self-described data expert with the ability to interpret data and draw conclusions to implement new e-commerce strategies

  • Experience creating and leading go-to-market campaigns for new products.

  • Hands-on experience working with e-commerce platforms, order management systems, PIMs, and fulfillment systems.

  • Experience managing multiple streams of projects and daily management.

  • Experience in constant change during times of high growth.

In the role of Sr. Director, Product Ecommerce, you will report to the SVP of Product.

The Pay Range for this position is listed. Actual pay will vary based on factors including, but not limited to location, experience, and performance. The range listed is just one component of Crunchyroll’s Total Rewards offerings for employees. Other rewards may include performance bonuses, employer matched retirement savings, time-off programs, and progressive health benefits and perks.

Hybrid Workspace

Employees engage in a combination of remote and on-site work.

Two in-person days per week. Tuesdays and Thursdays are the company-wide days for ALL team members to be in the office, and individuals may choose to come in more if the please.
