Our worker screening and sourcing platforms are used by companies in 30+ industry verticals ranging from rideshare to delivery to healthcare. We support employers that need to develop last mile labor quickly - that could be 50 workers in Miami or 5k+ workers across multiple cities every month.
The Sr Director eCommerce Product and Strategy will grow revenue through digital commerce channels. As a leader of the digital commerce team, you will establish Turn's digital commerce product & strategy necessary to create an enhanced and differentiated experience that drives preference, loyalty, and lifetime customer value.
What You'll Do

  • Own the complete product roadmap, strategy and experience for all digital revenue streams
  • Provide leadership to a distributed team to define the product roadmap through strong partnership with business partners
  • Experience with end to end product delivery, especially overseeing roadmap strategy and definition, contributing to engineering discussions around technology decisions and strategy related to a platform product, coordinating complex product development cycles and software development schedules
  • Establish business processes and policies as well as metrics and indicators for success
  • Measure and analyze existing products and business models for opportunities to innovate and improve, providing additional benefits to customers.
  • Develop, report, and continually improve business performance metrics
  • Proactively identify and resolve strategic and technical issues that may impair the team's ability to meet revenue goals.
  • Drive product launches including working with public relations team, executives, and other product management team members


Experience

  • Direct experience with eCommerce platforms and delivering eCommerce platforms
  • Experience working in rapidly growing startups or companies
  • Ability to work autonomously in a highly demanding, technical and often ambiguous environment, with attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Proven ability to manage multiple, competing priorities simultaneously and ability to work in a fast-paced environment where continuous innovation is desired
  • Ability to think strategically and execute methodically
  • History of teamwork and willingness to roll up one's sleeves to get the job done
  • Proven analytical and quantitative skills; ability to use hard data and metrics to back up assumptions and develop project business cases
  • Proven track-record of taking ownership and driving results
  • Superior communications skills with high attention to detail
  • 8+ years overall product experience
