As the Senior Digital Product Manager - Marketing, you play the vital role for defining and supporting the building of desirable, feasible, viable, and sustainable digital products that meet customer needs over the product-market lifecycle. Your key area of focus will be in our digital marketing products including our web platform (cambriausa.com) and our marketing automation / email marketing solutions. You are obsessed with delivering products that solve key user needs with simplicity, ingenuity and understanding across a user base of end consumers, customers, partners, and employees. You also are focused on enabling teams to build upon the Cambria brand promise by providing outstanding customer experiences that are elegant, sophisticated and inspirational. You know how to collect and leverage customer insights, usage data, rapid prototyping feedback, and scaled agile principles to inform the creation of exceptional products and ultimately amazing digital experiences.

You'll be expected to balance the "art of the possible" with driving strong return on investment, while sharing in our obsession for quality and attention to detail. You will actively stay informed of market trends and technology advancements that influence your areas of focus, acting as the voice of market to bring that information into Cambria.

You thrive in understanding and translating business needs into insights and requirements, and you have a passion for working with your delivery teams on identifying solutions. You have talent for influencing cross functional teams, executives and customer leadership with strong vision, strategy, and product execution. You drive outcomes by working closely across marketing, sales, analytics, design and development partners to identify go to market, user adoption, and value creation targets.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Produce visible product roadmaps, vision and horizon planning for your areas of ownership.
  • Work closely with key Business Owners, leadership peers in Digital Marketing, Brand, Channel, Creative, and Sales to own, define, cascade and orchestrate the product roadmaps, strategy, metrics, and goals for your areas of ownership.
  • Lead prioritization efforts in partnership with business owners and key stakeholders. Manage product council.
  • Build alignment across product teams and cross-functional leaders through clear communication and strategic influence - drive visibility and establish trust.
  • Lead Product Increment Planning and Investment Horizon Planning within the Scaled/SAFe Agile Framework
  • Work in lock-step with Technical Product Ownership and Delivery Teams to ensure recommendations are feasible.
  • Partner with functions across the company (Engineering and Design, Sales, Marketing, Customer Success) peers to execute on the plan.
  • Partner with other leaders to implement best-in-class product development and management practices.
  • Lead the ideation, roadmap planning, technical evaluation/development, and launch of innovative capabilities.
  • Assist with customer & prospect conversations as the subject matter expert to both fulfill customer needs and ensure the product roadmap accurately reflects these needs.
  • Deeply understand the Cambria business model, routes to market, and key user/customer segments



Requirements

  • Understand and have experience with B2B business models
  • Strong track record of product leadership and end-to-end ownership of product strategy and execution.
  • Previous experience in end-to-end ownership and successful delivery of digital products
  • Demonstrated willingness and capability to learn new technologies quickly
  • Knowledge of Agile development practices (SAFe Agile Framework preferred, certification in PSPO/CSPO/POPM is ideal)
  • A drive to build a culture of rapid experimentation where we get things done
  • Results-oriented person with a delivery focus
  • Very strong organization and communication skills
  • Handles multiple competing priorities in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
  • Ideal candidate is experienced in several of the following systems: Jira/Confluence, Workfront, Adobe AEM, Wordpress, Pardot, Marketo



Minimum Requirements:

Education: Bachelor's degree required. MBA Preferred. Degree focus on technology related field - Management Information Systems, Computer Science, Engineering or equivalent work experience.

Experience: 4+ years relevant work experience in product management, managing software products from inception through launch and iteration.
