Job Description

We are seeking an Associate Product Owner who will serve as the liaison between business units, technology, and support teams to facilitate product development for the Intradiem scheduling tool and other contact center related tools. This person will engage with key stakeholders and technology partners to maintain an understanding of customer needs and define, document, and prioritize new features and develop the product road-map. In addition, the Associate Product Owner using sound information and theory, provides management with recommended actions to resolve issues or create value for the business.

Preferred Qualifications

- Degree focus in: Business Administration/Management, Project Management, Entrepreneurial Management, Marketing, Management Information Systems

- Experience working in a highly matrixed organization.
- Experience working in an Agile environment.
- Strong communication skills to engage team, facilitate discussions, mentor team members, resolve conflict and mitigate business impediments.
- Impacting successful product delivery.
- Scrum Alliance certification

Responsibilities

- Lead day-to-day execution of product strategy and delivery for one or more Agile Scrum teams. Represent the customer to the Product team based on product strategy. Influence team without direct leadership responsibilities. Develop and implement systems administration operational processes, procedures, and associated documentation. Ensure appropriate reaction and resolution to issues. Create, implement, and maintain monitoring and reporting processes (including ensuring appropriate updates, status reports, and usage/performance data is available on an ad hoc and regular basis).

- Create compelling product vision - develop and execute product road-map with a focus on measurable business outcomes. Define Key Performance Indicators (KPI's) for the customer and business. Regularly monitor progress toward goals. Track and share progress with stakeholders and team.

- Support Product Owner to consult with product stakeholders and determine strategic road-map prioritized list of feature improvements.

- Identify new opportunities to drive value and deepen customer relationship through ongoing assessment of customer needs and goals. Adjust product strategy in partnership with leadership.

Required Qualifications

- Education: Bachelors degree or equivalent (4-years)
- 1 to 3 years relevant experience required
*Post-secondary education and relevant work experience may be interchanged to meet the combined total years of minimum required qualifications for
education and experience

- Hands on experience as product manager of software based solutions.
- Strong written and verbal communications skills, including the ability to clearly articulate concepts and rationale.
- Must possess a solid understanding of digital technologies and best practices.
