We are looking for a Sr Associate, Product Operations person to help our product teams deliver on their vision and enable cross-functional execution on exciting new product, platform and data opportunities.
To be successful in the role, you will bring a strong operational background and a track record of making data driven decisions. You are a fast learner who can quickly become an expert in the fintech and the financial health space. You have the passion & an ability to deliver complex projects involving multiple stakeholders.
General Responsibilities:
Define, establish, and manage product controls; providing platform support through implementation of well managed work and collaborating with Product and Engineering on new initiatives and getting them ready for market
Collect, analyze and measure product data, to initiate sustainable business practices and procedures and for reporting to senior leadership and executives; review data for trends and gaps that may require additional review.
Resolve complex problems or transactions, where expertise is required to interpret against policies, guidelines or processes; escalate breakdowns in the process by asking the right questions and identify/involve the right stakeholders to correct breakdowns.
Maintain formal product documents (e.g. flow charts & roadmaps), tracking and resolving product breakdowns and making recommended changes to ensure a more well managed system
Collaborate on larger initiatives, including representing CreditWise on broader change control forums for input and to represent department interests; may challenge forum decisions if project outcome impacts department processes. May participate in cross-functional project teams, including projects driven by other parts of the organization, to provide input, liaise with training, and partner with groups on execution efforts.
Provide customer service and training to internal customers on specific processes they manage; may deliver presentations, including up to the executive level.
Subject matter expertise for operations to effectively partner with Product, Technology, Partners and Segments to achieve desired outcomes or improvements by clarifying needs and providing appropriate solutions
Basic Qualifications:
High School Diploma, GED or equivalent certification
At least 1 year of experience in Microsoft Office or G Suite
At least 2 years of experience in Business Process Management, Project Management, Relationship Management or Risk Management
Preferred Qualifications:
Bachelor’s Degree or military experience
4+ years of experience in Business Process Management, Project Management, Relationship Management or Risk Management
Lean, Agile, Six Sigma, Business Process Management, or Project Management certification
