Mercer is currently seeking a Skills Product Manager to support Mercer's Skills-Edge Product offerings.

  • As the Skills-Edge Product Owner, you will be involved in and responsible for key activities in the full software development lifecycle of Mercer's Skills-Edge products.

  • Ability to pivot between numerous topics and activities throughout the day

We will count on you to:

  • Manage development activities for Skills Library, Pricer, and Planner
  • Design and manage client listening program and client advisory board groups
  • Own execution of product roadmap requirements and user stories
  • Scope, inform, and execute on platform releases across Skills-Edge suite
  • Partner with data science team to design and deliver Skills-Edge data
  • Execute on partner co-development project tasks
  • Package end-product deliverables for Skills Library
  • Advise on Skills Library curation and Skills Pricer data analysis as needed
  • Consult with commercial teams by acting as SME for product questions and supporting client questions/demos

  • Ability to pivot between numerous topics and activities throughout the day
  • Project management
  • Knowledge of MS Office Tools (Excel, PowerPoint)


What makes you stand out?

  • 8-10+ years of experience in human resources, compensation, talent management, or related industry
  • Experience in product management
  • Working knowledge of machine learning to create data products
