Summary:
As a Senior Infrastructure Product Manager, you will help build the tools and experiences that improve outcomes (secure, reliable, and efficient). You will work with a hardworking team of Service Management Product Owners, Process Managers, developers & engineers to execute the overall product vision, strategy and deliver experiences to enable clients to achieve financial security.
The function for this role is to provide centralized Product Management leadership to the team that builds on the ServiceNow platform for our company. We are looking for a highly motivated individual that enjoys working across large organizations and is passionate about the realm of enabling ServiceNow capabilities across the enterprise.
Primary Duties & Responsibilities:
- Key Product Management Representative: Be the primary Product Management resource and liaison that keeps the larger ServiceNow product and platform owners current on ICS Product Management direction, processes, and knowledge.
- Support Product Vision: Collaborate with the Platform and Product Owners, including prioritization and sequencing of the larger backlog as it relates to new demand and its overall lifecycle. This includes scoping in partnership while engaging with key team members across the organization.
- Roadmap: Accountable for the development, acceptance, and communication of the overall roadmap. Define and track important metrics for measure of success.
- Demand Scoping: Able to partner and participate in cross functional work to solicit key requirements relative to the accountable product.
- Define the product: Responsible for multiple low to medium complexity products and product features from start to finish.
- Stakeholdering: Awareness and ability to articulate the product story to a broader audience outside the internal team with additional experience and maturity in the domain. Communicate with customers on product releases and changes.
- Design Partnership: Partner with design to ensure cohesive future state user visions and experiences are aligned with a quarterly vision with an understanding of the total design process.
- Data & Customer Research: Inform product decisions with both qualitative and quantitative data on behavior and experimentation.
- Feature Prioritization: Working with Product Owners, Develop and maintain multiple prioritized backlogs of user features and stories for implementation in accordance to overall business value or ROI.
Knowledge, Skills, Abilities:
- Bachelor's Degree to equivalent experience.
- 3-10+ years of ServiceNow experience
- 4-5+ years of product management experience working with Agile teams.
- Strong communication, influence, time management, self-awareness, and business acuity.
- Ability to solve complex problems, take a new perspective on existing solutions, translate product requirements into technical requirements, work in ambiguity and solutioning, and exercise judgement based on the analysis of multiple sources of information.
Nice to Have:
- Knowledge ITIL concepts.
- Formal Business Analyst, Engineering, or Testing Experience.
- Certification(s) or experience in Product Owner or Scrum Master roles.
- Experience in the Financial Services industry.
