• Deliver architecture documents and design guides
• Deliver high quality demo for customers, analyst and execs
• Deliver high quality presentations for field enablement
• Actively engage with product and engineering teams to provide feedback on product evolution and act as a customer advocate
• Actively evaluate, document and deploy new product capabilities in demo scenarios
• Actively work with Customer success and sales team to engage with customers and prospects to show the value in product during and after the deployments and help with upsell and expansion use cases

• 5-7 years of prior hands-on experience with enterprise networking and access solutions
• Deep understanding of zero trust networking access solutions and landscape
• Able to build competitive positioning and conduct technical assessments on the competitive landscape
• Experience with leveraging partner and product APIs to uncover new use cases and solutions
