Nike, Inc., Beaverton, OR. Deliver innovative and premium technical solutions to serve Nike athletes across the globe. Lead a cross-functional team in planning specific data products that deliver transformational value to Nike. Create the strategy and roadmap for Supply and Inventory Planning(S&IP) data products in partnership with enterprise architects, business stakeholders, data governance, information management, and engineering. Play a key role in product strategy, stakeholder management, prioritization, feature roadmap creation, requirements gathering, technical solution designing, and development of AWS cloud-based platform capabilities for S&IP and management, and online to offline (O2O) experiences. Serve as subject matter expert for S&IP and O2O capabilities and experiences. Collaborate with architects and other technology and product leaders on building scalable cloud-based platforms that will power the digital experience within retail stores and drive adoption of tools and datasets. Plan and maintain the backlog for enhancements and new features for S&IP data products based on in-depth data analysis, and a clear understanding of consumer needs to align with Nike's key business accelerators. Participate and drive the solution design, API and data contract reviews by collaborating with global application engineering teams, user experience engineering, principle engineers and solution architects. Review and sign off test scenarios, validate user experience and provide sign off on features for pilot and rollouts to the stores. Manage the product life cycle from planning to deployment to production. Collaborate across multiple cross-functional capabilities within Nike global technology. Instrument the integration of S&IP datasets within and outside of Nike eco systems for business operations via analytics platforms, Nike ERP systems, and digital landscape and Nike partner stores.

Applicant must have a Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or Engineering and 3 years of experience in the job offered or a related occupation or Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or Engineering and 5 years of progressive post-baccalaureate experience in the job offered or a related occupation. Experience must include:

  • Software Development life cycle, including analysis, design, development, testing, implementation and maintenance;
  • AWS cloud-based platforms, such as, Hadoop and Big Data;
  • Programing skills, such as, SQL, Unix Shell, and Python;
  • Apache Spark framework, such as, Apache Nifiand and Apache Hive;
  • Amazon web services;
  • Data flow diagrams, such as, technical and functional specifications;
  • Software Application programming Interfaces (APIs);
  • Data Integration, source to target mapping;
  • Leading development teams in product development;
  • Agile and Scrum product development;
  • Product management including managing the backlogs to ensure product delivery;
  • Performing technical architecture and solution design reviews
