Senior Technical Product Manager

- You will work with Product managers, development teams and other stakeholders to deliver potential solutions for customer problems
- You will ensure delivery teams are clear about why and how User stories are prioritized and provide clarity for building robust solutions
- You will work closely with Product Managers and Other Technical Product Managers in the organization to ensure alignment with organization strategy and roadmap.
- You will work regularly with other teams from wider organization
- You will be supporting the product/feature Beta process
- You will be working with multiple Internal and external stakeholders, customers to elicit requirements and develop product solutions
- You will support development teams with Root Cause Analysis of Production issues of fallouts.
Required Skills/Experience:
- Experience in writing INVEST User Stories, Requirements and Acceptance criteria.
- 4+ years in a market-facing product management role defining and delivering enterprise-class cloud software on web, or mobile, platforms.
- 3+ years of experience in healthcare IT, or a healthcare software development organization.
- Bachelor's degree in a technical, or business-related field, or equivalent experience building and shipping software.
- Strong collaboration and communication skills, including the ability to convey ideas, particularly to healthcare IT audiences.
- Strong knowledge and experience with Agile/Scrum/Kanban and related tools (Jira, Rally, or Azure DevOps).
- Experience establishing and maintaining trust-based relationships with cross-functional teams, particularly Engineering, UX/UI, Sales, Customer Support, Finance or Marketing.
- Ability to travel up to 10% of the time.
- Ability to influence multiple stakeholders without direct authority.
Preferred Skills/Experience:
- Knowledge of the Home Health, Home Medical Equipment, or Order Fulfillment markets.
- Experience managing day-to-day technical and design direction.
- Experience or background with workflow automation technologies.
