Over the next three years, our goal is to transform the 268 billion analogue phone calls between a brand and its consumers to digital on the LiveEngage platform. By doing this, we enable consumers to get back time and experience a more connected relationship with the brand in which sales, service, marketing, branches, stores, and contact centre's become a unified experience.


We are seeking a senior product manager to lead a new initiative and solve pain points for the largest contact centers in the world. The product manager will constantly innovate and find creative ways to improve the efficiency and effectiveness for our users, leveraging AI technologies, big-data, through a top-notch user interface.

You will focus on important initiatives for scaling our business, including scaling of our partners network by building tools for our partners to be successful and helping new mid-market customers to onboard and succeed with our platform by building amazing onboarding experiences.

What Will You Own?

  • You will be an expert on market and customer needs, translating them into prioritized product requirements and of guiding the product development team to the successful execution of the product roadmap within the agile product lifecycle.
  • Communicate directly with customers and users, to gather requirements and validate hypotheses for new ideas.
  • Analyze product usage data to identify adoption and usage.
  • Collaborate with LivePerson sales, technical services, product marketing and business development teams.
  • Develop, get buy-in for, and communicate product roadmap.
  • Guide the UX, Creative and Documentation teams.

What Do You Need to Succeed?

  • 5+ years of Product Management experience.
  • 2+ years of experience launching software products/services to large enterprise brands.
  • Bachelor's degree with a technical discipline
  • Be data-driven and have strong analytical abilities. You will be expected to validate your ideas while relying on supporting data.
  • Experience translating market/customer problems and opportunities to a set of product requirements.
  • Ability to drive multiple concurrent projects in an agile environment while a product from inception to fruition in a self-reliant way.
  • Strong presentation skills.
  • Exceptional customer relationship skills.
